Theft of meat from store in Mill Street, Bedworth.

Warwickshire Police are appealing to the local community for information following an incident of theft of meat from a store in Mill Street, Bedworth.

This occurred at 14:20 on 17/09/2019.

The offender entered the store and picked up a basket. From the fresh meat section, he selected two lamb shanks and one beef joint, to the total value of £34.00. He left the store with the basket, making no attempt to pay for the items.

The offender is described as a white male, average height and weight. He has stubble, and wearing a blue and white check cap, a dark coat, and dark trousers

Police are currently examining CCTV footage.

Anyone with any information about the incident is asked to contact Warwickshire police on 101, quoting incident number 244 on 17/09/2019.
