This occurred at 09:45 on 16/11/2019.
A Silver Passat pulled onto the forecourt and the driver filled up with £127.66 worth of diesel. The driver was filling a receptacle in the boot; he hid his face from CCTV.
He is described as male, wearing a yellow hi-vis jacket, and blue tracksuit bottoms.
Police are currently examining CCTV footage.
