This occurred at 09:00 on 04/07/2019.
The offender drove his van (a white high-top Ford Transit) into the yard, and loaded the van with a nail gun, seventy sheets of plywood, two boxes of nails, and twelve sheets of insulation. He then drove away without payment.
The man was described as an African/Caribbean male with a dark T-shirt.
CCTV footage is being examined.
