This occurred at 10:45 on 11/07/2019 at The Boulton, Hatton, Warwick.
A male entered the shop with an interest in purchasing an electric cycle. He took a red and black Haibike electric cycle for a test ride, but never returned.
He is described as a white male, mid 30s, 5’9”, heavy build, short dark hair, wearing a high-viz jacket.
