Please be aware of theft of petrol from a petrol station in Rugby Road, Leamington Spa. This occurred at 12:45 on the 16/06/2019. Committed by the driver of a black Nissan Qashquai. He was a white male wearing blue jeans, sunglasses and a green cap. Accompanying him was another white mail in white shirt and tie. The driver filled up with petrol and drove off with no intention of payment.
