Theft of cheese from store in Clifton Road, Rugby.

Warwickshire Police are appealing the local community for information following an incident of theft of cheese from a store in Clifton Road, Rugby.

This occurred at 17:35 on 25/08/2019.

The offender entered the store and from the cheese section, he emptied the shelf, putting it in his backpack. There were approximately fifteen packs to the total value of £40. He left making no attempt to pay.

He is described as a white male, aged about 40. 6’, thin, dark hair under light coloured baseball cap, stubbly growth. He was wearing a dark T-shirt, blue or grey shorts, and trainers.

Police are currently examining CCTV footage.

Anyone with any information about the incident is asked to contact Warwickshire police on 101, quoting incident number 335 on 25/08/2019.
