This occurred at 12:55 on 01/09/2019.
A passenger from a white Ford Transit filled the van with £97.86 worth of diesel. He made no attempt to pay for the fuel. The van was then driven away in an unknown direction.
He is described as a white male, about 20, short brown hair, wearing a bright orange top, long black shorts, and blue trainers. May possibly be a traveller.
Police are currently examining CCTV footage.
