Damage and theft of red diesel at depot, Hunters Lane, Rugby.

Warwickshire Police are appealing to the local community for information following an incident of burglary, damage, and theft of red diesel at a local authority depot, Hunters Lane, Rugby.

This occurred on the evening of 02/02 and 09:00 on 03/02/2020.

Offenders have caused damage to security and fencing to gain access to the site. They have taken sixty litres of diesel from one of the vehicles, and spilt diesel on the floor. They have also tipped over recycling bins, and emptied the clothing banks.

No description of offenders is currently available, but Police are currently examining CCTV footage.

Anyone with any information about the incident is asked to contact Warwickshire police on 101, quoting incident number 157 on 03/02/2020.
