Car dealerships that give good advice on electric vehicles will receive government approval under a plan to drive up sales and reduce air pollution. The electric vehicle dealer accreditation scheme, launched by the Department for Transport, aims to help deliver the Government’s commitment to end the sale of new diesel and petrol cars and vans by 2040.
